(Weightless) And Raining

6am at the airport

It’s raining, all the lights on the strip reflecting and refracting

Third day in a row now

Floodlights haloed in fog

I know how little I care

All cities the same in the dark

And by that I mean

I wish I never moved out of my hometown

I hope to see every city I can fly to

I do not want to leave

But every time I do, I am

Weightless
